At Oz Net Travel we firmly believe that “there are no passengers on Spaceship Earth, we are all crew”. So whoever we are, wherever we live, we can all make a direct difference to our environment by ensuring our actions will result in a healthier planet.
We believe each person around the world needs to reduce their total carbon emissions and respond to the threats of climate change. There are hundreds of different ways we can do this by making changes in our day-to-day lives and by travelling responsibly and supporting those tour operators who meet the benchmarks for Ecotourism certification.
At Oz Net Travel we support the Ecotourism Australia certification program which allows responsible travellers to easily identify operators who are committed to ensuring their products are environmentally sustainable and culturally responsible. We have listed on our site those operators who meet the Eco certified standard and their level of certification by the using the eco tick logos, which may be used only alongside products that have gained certification.
